Dana Villas & Infinity Suites is closely monitoring developments and safety procedures on COVID19 and applied effectively all safety precautions set by the Greek Health Authorities and the World Health Organization. We wish to welcome our guests to a safe and carefree environment. We are committed to guarantee the wellbeing and prosperity of our guests and our associates. As a surplus of our love we implement a series of enhanced safety measures to eliminate a possible virus spread now and in the future.
Public spaces and our reception desk will be cleaned frequently and intensively both by our housekeeping team and by using special portable units that disinfect surfaces.
Fear is replaced by love at Dana Villas & Infinity Suites securing guests with actions that sterilize hotel operations on a continuous basis.
- Transfer vehicles capacity reduced to half the vehicle’s maximum capacity
- Our associates use masks and disinfectants throughout their duty
- Contactless and outdoor check in is adopted for all our guests
- Luggage is disinfected at your arrival
- Checkout time is moved earlier to 11pm
- Check in time is set to 3pm gives us time to guarantee the cleanliness of a virus free suite
- Rooms are fully disinfected after each guest’s stay, using steam mobile machines and disinfectants complying fully to official government’s safety rules. Whilst natural air ventilation will be applied to replenish natural in-room air.
- Restaurant table sets and sunbeds are placed apart and special covers are applied below towels.
- Laundry is conducted using special disinfectants, all laundry washed under 70 degrees Celsius.
- Room service is enhanced, food and drinks can be delivered any time of day
- Spa services are conducted at the privacy of your suite or villa, by appointment.
- A hotel doctor is on call 24/7 and medical kit is available at close proximity.
